Tri-County Vet has been caring for our dogs 30 years. We just took puppy #5 into them last week to continue a long history of great care.
they should have appointments for Saturdays as well. You can be there close to 3 hrs ..it's a first come, first serve basis, barring emergencies. And I can't understand other dog owners who don't maintain total control if their canines before and after visits. Those long extended leashes are nothing but trouble...and the owners are oblivious to their dog stretching out to other dogs they don't even know..potential trouble.
Such a great vet. Used them 2x to care for my goats. Both times, the they were on time, extremely knowledgable, helpful and did not over charge me. Would highly recommend them to anyone who can't get their pets to the vet or have large farm animals.
My family and I have taken all of our pets here for more than 10 years. Prices are unbeatable, compared to Chapel Hill vet office prices. I just had an emergency with my cat and was able to drop him off before the vet opened. I trust the staff completely, and know any animal I bring in will be in great hands. The staff has always been so kind and understanding- they called me throughout the day with updates. I cannot thank Tri County enough for their service throughout the years, I highly recommend them if you are searching for a new vet!
Just had surgery on my boxer and total came to 995.00. I was not informed that extra dressing changes were 25.00 a pop...better communication would help.
