If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place is you care about your clothes. They have ruined so so many shirts and I was crazy to go back but not any more. I will never give them another penny of my money and neither should any one in the area. They should be closed permanently.
I ask them to hem a pair of khakis. I tried them on and the guy who does the alterations cuffed them and pinned them. When I got them back I tried them on and they were too short. I ask them to release the hem, offered to pay even though it was his fault and he refused. I will not be returning.
Every time I go seems like the amount is never the same, several shirts came back with stains on them I didn't take them there with. Lady on the phone can't even hardly understand English had to give my phone number to her about 6 times.
We've been doing business with this cleaner for many years. They do a great job. Thank you!
