Prices are somewhat high compared to food lion nearby especially meats, and their storebrand items aren't great quality. The staff tends be either unhelpful, not friendly, painfully unintelligent or a combination of those. Although there have been plenty of nice employees over the times I've been. I will say they are larger and tend to have a bit more selection, but I still prefer to go to foodlion first for the nice apperance, coupons and excellent employees.

Good place for a quick stop for milk etc. Never busy so easy to get in and out. As the closest grocery store is Food Lion (busy always). Customer Service is bad some cashiers start a long conversation with either the co-workers or customers, while U are waiting in line.
Average quality food, with a limited selection allows for a lower price point overall. They are an offshoot of Lowe's foods, which is why you'll see Lowe's generics on the shelves. While not as inexpensive as Aldi, this chain accepts manufacturer's coupons.
Great place to shop. Way more stock than Walmart. Prices are a little high.
